This lesson is for beginners.

Anyone who wants to make delicious coffee at home, or anyone who has never made coffee but is interested, is welcome!

We will teach you the basics of coffee, explain and suggest equipment, and how to brew delicious coffee in a 90- minute one-on-one lesson.

Yoshida MIA Store Manager

After working for a major apparel trading company for four years, he began working as a barista at MIA MIA in 2021. As MIA MIA 's first store manager, he is also in charge of store operations and staff training. He is one of the key figures driving Tokyo's coffee industry.

Ayaka Nakamura (pyon) MIA MIA Head Barista

Originally from Kumamoto Prefecture, she discovered the charm of coffee after moving to Tokyo and joined MIA MIA as a barista in November 2023. She currently serves as head barista at MIA MIA , brewing the most delicious coffee for its many fans every day. She is also developing original menu items and planning flower arrangement events.
