Pizza🍕, coffee☕ and live music🎶!

We're hosting an event celebrating friendship across oceans, featuring three special guests from Singapore! 🤝🤝🤝

Following a successful pop-up in Tokyo last year, Keenway will be baking pizzas at CADOTA again on September 28th. Rookies Coffee Shop, a micro-roaster he respects, will be serving a limited quantity of excellent coffee that carries on the MIA MIA spirit.
Charlie Lim, who has just returned from his performance at Summer Sonic, will be performing a special live show at MIA MIA on September 29th!!

No reservation is required for pizza and coffee. Charlie Lim's live seating will be available in limited quantities from August 29th.

Additionally, a limited number of 20 premium tickets will be sold on August 29th (two sessions).
On September 29th, we will be offering a special price of 9,900 yen for a Charlie Lim live performance at MIA MIA, a pre-show Rookies Coffee, and a pre-order pizza lunch and cocktails at CADOTA.

Junior is the founder, roaster and head barista at Rookies Coffee Shop, a micro-roaster and specialty coffee bar based in Bukit Merah, Singapore.
Junior, who has been working in the specialty coffee field since 2018, founded Rookies with the desire to share the joy that coffee brings with others and to design and provide a third place for all who frequent the shop.

"Keenway" comes from the Cantonese pronunciation of my name.
This serves as an ode to my ancestors who sold fried dough fritters and raised their families back then.

I've been a musician most of my life, but while working at a micro-roaster during the day, I found myself strangely called to bread and pizza dough.
Since then, while working in sunny Singapore, I've been thinking about a Japanese approach to pizza.
I look forward to baking pizza for you all.

A singer-songwriter and producer whose music traverses acoustic melancholia, neo-soul, alternative rock and electronica.
Both of his albums reached number one on the iTunes Singapore charts, were named Album of the Year by national newspaper The Straits Times, and won Song of the Year on Apple Music.
In 2021, he received the Young Artist Award from the National Arts Council, the highest honour for a young artist in Singapore.
Known locally for composing and performing Singapore's National Day theme song, Charlie is also known for having one of Southeast Asia's most distinctive singing voices.
He has performed at some of the world's most prestigious festivals, including Summer Sonic in Japan, Clockenflap in Hong Kong, and Java Jazz Festival in Indonesia, and has shared the stage with artists such as Kimbra, Lucy Rose, and Jose Gonzalez.

Respected micro-roaster, Rookies Coffee Shop is bringing small lots of incredible coffee to take over MIA MIA's bar! And returning to Japan after playing Summer Sonic, Charlie Lim will perform 2 very intimate shows at MIA MIA!!

Reservation for pizza and coffee are not required. Charlie Lim live seats are limited and go on sale 8/29.
